Nelson Nursery’s plant and garden products are premium quality, professional grade. If you take reasonable care with your purchase, yet are dissatisfied in any way, return the product with receipt. We will refund your money in full…with a smile.
If you are not going to be able to attend to an event you registered for due to unforeseen circumstances, please alert Nelson Nursery as soon as possible. If Nelson Nursery receives notice of your cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the event, we will offer you a free pass to the subsequent Nelson Nursery event in your area. If your cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the event, Nelson Nursery will be unable to refund your money or reschedule you to a subsequent event in your area.
Nelson Nursery does not process orders on weekends or holidays. While most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 noon Central Standard Time will be shipped within 1-3 business days. We do not ship to PO and APO/FPO box addresses. Products shipped within Minnesota will be charged applicable sales tax. For all returns, shipping is pre-paid by customer. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that your refuse delivery, then notify our Customers Service department so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.
